Constanze Wedding is a patent litigator at Peterreins Schley. As an attorney-at-law (admitted 2017), she advises on all matters pertaining to patent law, including contentious and contracts-related work.

Having worked for international law firms in Düsseldorf, Dortmund and Munich focusing on intellectual property law and on arbitration proceedings, Constanze brings with her a wealth of experience in intellectual property law and in dispute resolution more broadly.

Constanze studied law in Germany, Denmark and Australia and received an LL.M. with distinction from the University of Sydney. In 2016, she was awarded the Keith Steele Memorial Prize for outstanding academic achievement in the course International Commercial Arbitration. She also worked at the Chair of Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law, Medical Law and Comparative Law at the University of Göttingen.
